Daytime Stress, explained without the jargon
Stressed, engaged, relaxed, restored: what the four states mean and what to do about them.
Your heart rate goes up when you run and when your boss emails. Only one of those needs managing. Daytime Stress uses movement, heart rate variability and temperature together so it can tell the difference.
The goal is not to eliminate stress — it is to make sure the restored windows exist. If they don't, Coach will notice before you do.
