Using Readiness to plan a training week
A coach's guide to reading HRV balance, resting heart rate and temperature before you decide to push.
Readiness is not a permission slip. It is context. Here is how three coaches use it to shape the week without becoming slaves to a number.
Rule one: look at the trend, not the day. Rule two: a low score after a hard session is expected; a low score after an easy day is information. Rule three: temperature deviation is the earliest warning you will get.
