Readiness actually changed how I train

Do I need a subscription?
No. Nurnex Core is included with every earring, forever, and covers all daily scores, sleep stages, heart rate, HRV, temperature and cycle tracking. Nurnex+ is an optional add-on for advanced, forward-looking insights and the AI coach. You can turn it on or off any time.
Do I wear one or two?
One. The sensor earring reads everything it needs from a single lobe. Wear whatever you like on the other ear.
Does it need sizing?
No. Nurnex is a standard 0.8 mm post with a push-on sensor back — it fits any lobe piercing. There is no sizing kit because there is nothing to size.
Which ear should I wear it on?
Either. Both lobes give the same signal. Most people pick the side they do not sleep on. The hook hangs in front of the lobe; the sensor back sits behind it, where an ordinary earring back would.
Is it comfortable during workouts and sleep?
At 2.1 g it weighs less than most studs. It is rated to 100 m, so it stays on in the pool, shower and sauna. The sensor back is a smooth 3 mm pill, no sharper than a butterfly back, so there is nothing to catch on a pillow or a helmet strap.
What happens if I damage or lose it?
Every earring carries a two-year warranty. Accidental damage and loss are covered by Nurnex Care, which you can add at checkout.
